About me

My curiosity for food began at an early age when I would watch the Food Network after school. My parents gifted me my first cookbook when I was 16 years old and I've been a forever-student-to-food ever since.

I went on to earn a bachelor's degree in hospitality.  I have over 15 years of restaurant experience, teach cooking classes, develop and cook multi-course menus for groups, create online content partnering with amazing culinary products and am a published recipe creator, writer, photographer. 


Above all, I have a sincere love of creating dishes that connect us to one another.

My Philosophy

I believe food has the power to change the world. Food is what brings people together.  Sharing a meal allows us to break down walls and connect.  It's how we show love and is joy in its purest form.


I believe the best thing we can do for ourselves, and the world is travel and learn from people unlike ourselves.


I am committed to giving people reliable and delicious recipes for them to share with people, creating meaningful connections at their own table.  So, lets get started, shall we?
