Ingredients
2lbs chicken wings
6Tbsp butter
2Tbsp garlic, minced
1/2C parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
1/3C fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
3Tbsp cornstarch
1/2Tsp onion powder
1/2Tsp garlic powder
1/2Tsp Italian seasoning or dried basil
1/4Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2Tbsp olive oil or canola oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Preparation
1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2: In a bowl combine, chicken wings with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, 1tsp salt, and 1/2tsp black pepper.
3: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with a wire baking rack. Place chicken wings on wire rack and bake until chicken wings are golden. About one hour, check on them periodically.
4: In a small sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat and add in fresh minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, parsley, 1/4tsp salt and 1/4tsp black pepper. Combine and cook for one minute, stirring constantly so the garlic doesn’t burn.
5: Once wings are cooked, toss together with sauce and top with parmesan! Enjoy!
