Lavender Syrup


About the Recipe

I love to add lavender syrup to my morning latte or to a mocktail with soda water. The subtle floral scent is delightful.


1C sugar

1C water

1/4C culinary lavender


  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Turn heat off, let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes to an hour.

  2. Strain lavender and discard. Store syrup in the refrigerator.
