Maple Panna Cotta



About the Recipe

It's the perfect dessert to impress and make ahead, making your Valentine's Day easy breezy.


2C half and half

3/4C maple syrup

1Tbsp gelatin

1Tsp vanilla


1C heavy cream, whipped

1/2C hazelnuts, chopped and toasted


1: In a saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together half and half, maple syrup, gelatin, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Whisking constantly until the gelatin is dissolved and you’ve heated it just before boiling. Transfer to your serving ramekins and chill in the refrigerator overnight or until set.

2: If desired, top with unsweetened whipped cream, toasted hazelnuts, and a pinch of salt. Enjoy!
