Pineapple Hibiscus Mocktails



About the Recipe

Hibiscus is one of my favorite ingredients. I drink it hot or iced. I simply find it so vibrant, tart, and refreshing.


Hibiscus Tea:

6C water

1 ½ C hibiscus flowers, dried

½ C sugar



4 ½ oz hibiscus tea

3 ½ oz orange juice

3oz pineapple juice

¾ oz lime juice


1: To make the hibiscus tea, combine water, hibiscus flowers, and sugar in a pot and simmer for 45 minutes. Strain and cool before using.

2: To make the mocktails combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Pour over ice and enjoy! I like to rim the glass with sugar and dried hibiscus flowers, garnish with a lime and a hibiscus flower.
